    FEA, a bridge between disabilities and business units

    FEA, which is VINCI Facilities’ “supported employment business unit”, contributes to long-term integration of disabled employees and ensures working conditions that are adapted to the personal growth and development of employees’ skills. This “supported employment business unit” benefits from VINCI Facilities’ expertise in the field of services relating to buildings and their occupants. It provides various services in the field of facility management: maintenance, reception, multi-services, factotum, document management.

    Oora, rapid handling of a new site

    This tool improves take-over time and technical audits while offering high data flexibility. Oora, used on a tablet, operates off-line so that it can be adapted to every type of field situation. 

    The software was developed by VINCI Facilities in order to meet the needs of our professions, our customers’ installations and our take-over processes.

    A customer portal and reporting tool

    Our web services platform provides VINCI Facilities’ customers and facility occupants with access to a broad range of services and allows them to share data from any computer connected to the internet in order to request servicing. 

    Standardised or bespoke monthly activity reports are published on request via the portal.

    CMMS tool to monitor your installations and schedule servicing

    CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) means that we can provide detailed monitoring of our customers’ installations, schedule preventive and regulation maintenance and incorporate corrective action.


    Mobility tools directly connected to CMMS

    VINCI Facilities has designed a mobility tool connected to CMMS with partner organisations to provide technicians with information in real time for scheduling and service requests. Service reports can be produced and rapidly sent to all the parties concerned.  From the time an incident is declared to when it is solved, the mobility tool offers a very short TTR, with immediate communication and transparency of information.
